Returns
We accept returns within 7 Days from the date of Delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:
Products with broken seals.
Damaged or Wrong Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at shivayuenterprices@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once you receive the RA number, securely package your item along with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship your return to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
